Privacy & Terms
The short version. Lite reads what you write, hands back a reading, and doesn’t ask who you are. There’s no account, no password, and nothing to sign.
What happens to your writing. It’s sent to an AI model, which produces the reading, and it comes back to this page. Your writing is not used to train AI models. The providers whose models make the reading state that what is sent through their business interfaces is not used to train or improve their models unless the developer opts in, and I have not. They keep a copy for a limited time for their own abuse monitoring, currently no longer than two months, then delete it. That’s their retention, not mine, and I can’t shorten it.
What I keep. The reading, and the writing that produced it. I keep them to study how the Prism reads and to build on the body of work it produces, and nothing I record ties them to you: no name, no address, and never your IP address — the only thing recorded about where a reading came from is a one-way scrambled fingerprint, which exists so one visitor can’t use up the free budget, and which cannot be turned back into an address. If you ask for a link to your reading by email, that link works for 30 days and the address you gave is kept with it. You can delete your reading at any time from the report page, and it is gone for good.
If you join the waiting list, or ask for a link to your reading, I keep the email address you give me, and nothing else. It is used to write to you about the Creative Prism and for nothing else — never sold, never shared, never added to any other list. Every mailing carries an unsubscribe link. Ask me to delete it and I will, for real.
The full Creative Prism, which is by invitation, works differently: it’s a conversation that produces a written report, and your material is processed by more than one AI provider. Sessions and reports are kept so that the link you’re given keeps working. No provider trains on it by default. Ask for a session to be deleted and it will be.
Who owns what. What you write stays yours. So does the reading — use it, quote it, build on it, no permission needed. The machinery that makes it is not yours: the Creative Prism’s method, the system behind it, the shape of its reports, and its name are mine, and using this page licenses none of it. Reverse-engineering it is not allowed — no scraping, no automated or bulk requests, and nothing that uses what the Prism hands back to reconstruct, imitate or train a copy of the system.
This is not professional advice. The Prism is a thinking tool. It is not a lawyer, a doctor, a therapist or a financial adviser, and nothing it hands you should be treated as advice from one.
It’s AI, and it can be wrong. The reading is generated by a large language model. It can misread you, and it can state something confidently that isn’t so. It’s built to show you your own thinking — the judgment stays yours.
